These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Gateway Portal at portal.gatewayfnd.org (the “Portal”), operated by Global Gateway Foundation, Inc. (“Global Gateway”, “we”, “us”). By signing in to the Portal you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What the Portal is

The Portal is a secure workspace for our clients, the people they authorize, and our staff. It is used to collect questionnaires and documents, exchange messages, view invoices and track the status of immigration cases that we prepare or handle. The Portal does not replace the agreement for services between you and Global Gateway; that agreement governs the services themselves.

2. Who may use the Portal

• Clients of Global Gateway, people a client adds to their case, and Global Gateway staff.
• Access is by invitation only. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address.
• Keep access to your email secure and do not share sign-in codes. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide information and documents that are true, complete and your own or that you are authorized to share.
• Upload only documents related to your case. Do not upload unlawful content or malicious files.
• Do not try to access other people’s cases, interfere with the Portal or use it for any purpose other than your case.

4. USCIS case status

Case status shown in the Portal is retrieved from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) through the USCIS Case Status API, only for cases we prepare or handle for our clients. It is provided for information, may be delayed or incomplete, and is not an official notice from USCIS. Official notices are those USCIS sends by mail or shows in your USCIS online account. Global Gateway is not affiliated with or endorsed by USCIS.

5. No guarantee of outcome

Decisions on immigration cases are made by government agencies. We do not guarantee approval of any application or petition, or any processing time.

6. Automated document checks

The Portal may automatically check uploaded documents (for example, legibility or completeness) to help our staff. These checks assist our team; they are not legal advice and do not replace review by our staff.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Portal available and secure but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change or update the Portal and may suspend access that breaks these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Global Gateway is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Portal or from information provided by government systems.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law of the United States.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at portal.gatewayfnd.org/terms, with the date of the last update.
